DELIVERY AND PICK UP (CLICK & COLLECT) POLICY & INFORMATION

CURRENT DELIVERY LEADTIMES

Once your online order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation. This will confirm the products purchased and the delivery method preferred and paid for. The NK Group reserve the right to alter the delivery method if necessary, incurring no extra cost to you.

DELIVERY & COLLECTION METHODS  

ROYAL MAIL POSTAGE/SHIPPING

Currently, the Royal Mail postage services offered will be as below.

This will be subsidised by NK Group and is priced as follows :

Orders between £0.00- £24.99 - Tracked 48 (2-3 days) - £4.49 (inc.VAT) 

Orders between £25.00 - £74.99 - Tracked 48 (2-3 days) - £5.49 (inc.Vat) 

Orders between £0.00- £24.99 - Tracked 24 - £5.49 (inc.VAT) 

Orders between £25.00 - £74.99 - Tracked 24 - £6.99 (inc.Vat) 

FREE delivery UK mainland orders over £75.00 (Tracked 48 service)

We use Royal Mail for our delivery service. Royal Mail suggest their delivery aims, it is not a guarantee from NK Group.

Once your order has been passed to Royal Mail, from NK Group, the delivery terms and conditions revert to Royal Mails conditions of carriage, including any insurance coverage. Details can be obtained from Royal Mail’s website. Link - https://www.royalmail.com/sending/uk/tracked-48

With the Tracked 48 service, Royal Mail suggest delivery will be made within 2-3 working days after the day of dispatch from NK. Being a tracked service, a tracking number will be sent to you by email or text message once your order has been dispatched. Do not rely on a Saturday delivery.

Please note, Royal Mail do not collect from us at weekends. Any order placed after 1pm on a Friday, will not be dispatched from NK until Monday.

With the Tracked 24 service, the above applies but delivery is aimed to be the following working day. If you place the order after 1pm we cannot guarantee next day delivery.

The NK Group cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays or discrepancies experienced by Royal Mail. Any service issues from Royal Mail will not make NK Group liable for any refund or part refund of delivery charges, unless damage or loss has occurred.

Once you have received communication from Royal Mail you will also receive regular updates from Royal Mail concerning your package. Revert to this information for any delivery information, please do not call NK Group for delivery updates, unless you have not received the order contrary to the Royal Mail’s tracking information.

If a delivery is missed Royal Mail will give you several options for redelivery or collection from a Post Office or collection point.

As stated above, NK Group reserve the right to alter the delivery method where it is deemed more efficient or effective.

DELIVERY DISCREPANCIES

All delivery discrepancies must be reported to NK Group within 48 hours of receipt. No remedial action will be taken outside of this time parameter.

All online returns and exchange details are covered under our ONLINE RETURNS POLICY. 

PICK UP (CLICK & COLLECT) INFORMATION

As soon as your order is placed online (or in store) you will receive an email order confirmation. Please wait until you have received an emailed fulfilment notice before collecting from the shop. This can take up to 48 hours at peak times.

PLEASE NOTE - all Pick Up orders will be given a 10 day window for collection. If the order has not been collected within this 10 day window NK Uniform reserves the right to refund the order and place the items back into stock.

All Pick Up collections must be made during shop opening hours and must be collected from the shop on Station Road, Worle.
