Following the government announcement on Monday 6th April with the news that non-essential retail can potentially open from the 12th April, we are really pleased our doors will open again. To adhere to social distance guidelines we will be limiting the number of people in the shop at any one time. Please assist us by following these rules. Returns & Exchanges Policy

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your online or telephone purchase anytime from the moment the order is placed and up to seven working days from the day after the goods are received. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us (orders@nkgroupuk.com) and then return your products unopened within seven days of receiving your parcel.

If you change your mind after this date, please contact us at orders@nkgroupuk.com and then return the unused goods to us with the original packing receipt within fourteen days of receiving the parcel, and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note. NK Group will not be liable for the cost to return goods for refund.

Please note all returns must be in their original packaging. This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or miss-described.

To comply with Covid-19 guidelines all returns will be quarantined for a minimum of 48 hours prior to being processed for returns or exchanges. Please ensure your return items are suitable packaged, with your order number clearly visible.  When your items are available, you will be notified a collection date as and when the shop has reopened.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE PROCEDURES UNTIL 12TH APRIL

To return/exchange any (or all) of the products within your order please use the Royal Mail tracked returns service.

1) Go to www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/pick-a-retailer

2) Select NK Uniform as the retailer

3) Follow the instructions from Royal Mail

4) Ensure you have put this returns form in your package stating the reason for return and any exchange details.

All return items must be returned with tags attached and in it's original packaging. NK Uniform reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchange if this is not adhered to. 

PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 7 DAYS FOR EXCHANGES BY POST

Please note - all items returned for refund, through our Royal Mail account, will be charged £3.00 from the refund proceeds. NK Uniform are not liable for postage costs on items returned for refund.

Whilst the shop is closed NK Uniform will cover the full shipping cost of exchange items. But, NK will not cover the shipping cost of items returned/exchanged for a second occassion. These costs will need to be pre paid before goods are dispatched.

 

Should you choose to have an item personalised or specifically tailored, then the normal consumer rights do not cover you. Once you have completed a contract and made the purchase, you cannot return the item and we are not obliged to issue you with a refund.
