Returns & Exchanges Policy
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your online or telephone purchase anytime from the moment the order is placed and up to seven working days from the day after the goods are received. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us (email@example.com) and then return your products unopened within seven days of receiving your parcel.
If you change your mind after this date, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and then return the unused goods to us with the original packing receipt within fourteen days of receiving the parcel, and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note. NK Group will not be liable for the cost to return goods.
Please note all returns must be in their original packaging. This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or miss-described.
To comply with Covid-19 guidelines all returns will be quarantined for 72 hours prior to being processed for returns or exchanges. You can return your item(s) on Tuesdays & Thursdays between 9am-4pm. Please ensure your return items are suitable packaged, with your order number clearly visible. When your items are available, you will be notified a collection date, which will be either a Tuesday or Thursday.
Should you choose to have an item personalised or specifically tailored, then the normal consumer rights do not cover you. Once you have completed a contract and made the purchase, you cannot return the item and we are not obliged to issue you with a refund.
